This clay hand-building workshop is for all who are interested in working with their hands to make decorative wall hangings to adorn the walls of their home. Join Bridget Dorr, a local professional ceramic artist, in creating interesting ceramic pieces of your own!
Bridget will teach the technique of hand building with clay. Participants will create the elements for their wall hangings from slabs of clay.
Pieces will be fired and glazed for participants to assemble at the following class. Yarn, rope, and wire will be provided for participants to join their ceramics wall hanging pieces.
Each participant will make at least one, if not multiple, wall hangings.
