This class is held at The New Local Annex, located at 713 Pearl St(a few doors west of our main gallery)
Join Sydney and Alex in The New local Annex for a meditative journey encouraging self inquiry and deep relaxation. Sydney will guide you through the five koshas, or energetic layers of the body, while in a supported savasana or seated position. Alex will play improvisational harp music that will pull on the strings of your heart. Please bring a yoga mat; blankets and some eye covers will be provided.
