Application Fee: $25
Eligibility: Female Identifying/Non-binary Artists. Must live in the state of Colorado

Join us for SPRINGFEST at The New Local in conjunction with Bouder Arts Week!
TNL will host mini-workshops for all ages at our downtown gallery and annex, 11am-4pm. Workshops are taught by our roster of local, woman artists, in celebration of springtime!
