Discover the magic of color in this playful, hands-on mixed media art class! In Rainbow Art Adventures, young artists will explore the colorful world of art while learning about warm and cool colors, color mixing, patterns, texture, and creative expression. Through painting, collage, printmaking, sculpture, and sensory art experiences, children will experiment with a wide variety of materials including paint, clay, fabric, recycled treasures, and natural objects.
Each week introduces a new color-inspired project that encourages curiosity, imagination, and confidence as children discover how colors can create different moods, tell stories, and express feelings. Along the way, students will strengthen fine motor skills, practice making artistic choices, and develop a foundation in the elements of art through joyful, process-based exploration.
Whether they're mixing new colors, creating vibrant collages, building colorful sculptures, or designing imaginative masterpieces, every child will be encouraged to celebrate their unique ideas and artistic voice. The session concludes with a special family art showcase where students proudly display their colorful creations and share their creative journey.
