Join Anne Hosanah Roe on this artistic journey as you travel to explore your own inner
landscape through the use of guided meditation and creating your own beautiful mandala using mixed media. Throughout history many cultures have sought out the imagery of mandalas(meaning circle in Sanskrit) to embody wholeness and the interconnectedness to all life. Anne began exploring the use of mandalas in her work almost forty five years ago when she became clear through mediation that the imagery was guiding her to trust the changes about to evolve in her life. These explorations have served as a well of inspiration, guidance and creativity of which she will often not fully glean the meaning of until much later. She finds mandalas are effective for activating deep connections with one’s shadow and light in order to trust the beauty and wisdom that the universe is ready to reveal.
Anne Hosanah Roe has a BFA and MA in Arts and Education and 40+ years as a practicing artist and educator in public and private institutions, teaching all ages.
