Art Camps (Ages 5-10)

The New Local offers half day(9am-12pm) or full day art camp(9am-4pm) options that speaks to your creative kiddo.

 If you sign up for both the AM & PM camps for the week, TNL will provide free lunch coverage between the 2 camps for a full day of fun, 9am-4pm. 

Each camp session is $240/child unless otherwise noted.

May 26th-May 29th

9am-12pm: Fairy Art Camp

1pm-4pm: Puppet Palooza

*4 day camp only, $200/session

June 8th-June 12th

9am-12pm: Rainbow Art Camp 

1pm-4pm: Galactic Glitter Art Camp

June 22nd-June 26th

9am-12pm: STEAM Explorers (Art & Science)

1pm-4pm: Mushroom Forest Art Camp

June 29th-July 3rd

9am-12pm: Color Outside the Lines

1pm-4pm: Wizard Art Camp 

July 6th-July 10th

9am-12pm: Botanical Arts Camp 

1pm-4pm: Under the Sea

July 20th-July 24th

9am-12pm: 3D Art & Clay 

1pm-4pm: Bright & Bold Art Camp 


Art Camps (Ages 9-13)

New this summer! Designed for kids in older elementary to middle school looking to spend the day immersed in the art world with more challenging projects! These camps will run 9am-12:30pm. $240/camper.

 

June 1st-June 5th

Botanical Arts & Fiber, 9am-12:30pm

This immersive camp invites kids to explore the natural world through more advanced art projects using plants, fibers, and mixed media. Campers will experiment with texture, pattern, and organic materials while building creative confidence and artistic skills. Each day ends with a relaxed outdoor lunch, giving campers time to connect, recharge, and enjoy being together before heading home.

July 13th-July 17th

Ceramics, sculpture & more!, 9am-12:30pm

This camp dives into three-dimensional art through clay, sculpture, and mixed media projects. Campers will explore form, texture, and creative problem-solving while working with a variety of materials and techniques. Each day wraps up with lunch outside, offering a chance to relax, share ideas, and enjoy time together in the fresh air.

Cancellation Policy: Participants will be refunded 100% of respective workshop fee(s) if cancellation request is 7 days prior to start date. If cancelling fewer than 7 days before the class start date, participant will be refunded 50% of respective class registration fee. This policy helps our instructors to purchase the correct amount of materials in preparation for classes.
