Explore the foundations of creative writing and experiment with the possibilities of language in an open and safe environment. This camp, designed for ages 15-18, includes a mix of poetry, fiction and memoir, voluntary sharing, and literary games designed to hone your skills and find your voice. The week will also include one-on-one meetings with seasoned writers, Loie Rawding and Brenda Kahn, plus a reading to celebrate all the hard work accomplished by our group. Whether you want to finish a short story, start a novel, or build a poetry collection, all writers are welcome.
Fireside Ink Writers Workshop was founded by Loie Rawding & Brenda Kahn to support the writers of Boulder County and beyond through multi-week workshops, literary events, and community outreach. Fireside Ink believes every story deserves a spark — offering warmth and light to writers everywhere, no matter who you are or what you carry. www.firesideink.com
