Summer Allen

Summer Allen is an intuitive painter and mixed media artist, originally hailing from the serene landscapes of Iowa. Growing up immersed in the natural beauty of the countryside, she spent her early years running through fields, swinging on weeping willows, and catching frogs. These rich experiences have profoundly influenced her artistic vision and creative process.

 Now residing in Colorado for nearly three decades, Summer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado. Prior to fully immersing herself in painting, Summer honed her skills for several years as a jeweler. However, the call of the canvas was always present, leading her to return to her true passion for painting a decade ago.

 Summer's artistic journey is deeply intertwined with her Shamanic practices. As she delves into meditative states and Shamanic journeys, she connects with various animal spirits, who reveal themselves to her through visions. These spiritual encounters are channeled into her artwork, providing a unique and soulful dimension to her pieces. With a harmonious blend of intuition, spirituality, and creative technique, Summer's work transcends the ordinary, inviting viewers into a world where the mystical and the natural coalesce.
