Process:
A team of 7 or more people will work with highly trained facilitator and art therapist, Abby Jacobs. With guidance from the facilitator, the team will work on an art project tailored to address a predetermined issue the team is facing. During this 2-3 hour activity, the team will develop cooperative and collaborative skills so that at the end of the experience they will leave not only with a work of art to display in the workplace, but also with the ability to apply stronger team performance skills on the job. The artwork serves as a tangible reminder of the skills acquired during the workshop.

About the Instructor:
Abby Jacobs, MA
Before her training in art therapy, Ms. Jacobs was extensively trained in the Organization and Human Performance division for Accenture. She has worked in the consulting field with a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations. She has found a niche for integrating the theories and philosophies of psychology and art with her knowledge of the corporate world.
Abby received her master’s degree in counseling and art therapy from Naropa University and currently works as a licensed artist in the illustration and surface design industry.
